The Coaching Process
Chemistry Meeting
A no-obligation introductory meeting where the coachee can meet their potential coach, learn about their approach, and understand what to expect from the coaching engagement.
Tripartite Meeting (1 of 2)
This optional joint meeting brings together the coachee, their sponsor, and the coach to establish clear focus areas and objectives for the coaching programme. This alignment between all stakeholders helps ensure the coaching addresses both individual and organisational needs.
Six Coaching Sessions
Typically delivered monthly over a six-month period, these sessions are tailored to the individual's specific needs and development goals. The journey begins with objective setting in Session 1, progresses through personalised development with a psychometric report in Sessions 2-5, and concludes with a 'Continued Growth' session that focuses on next steps and includes a personalised future development plan.

Tripartite Meeting (2 of 2)
This optional concluding meeting serves as a 'bookend' to the coaching programme, bringing together the coachee, sponsor, and coach to acknowledge progress achieved and focus on future development. It provides an opportunity to celebrate successes and ensure continued growth beyond the formal coaching relationship.
